• Bulk excavation; 1000 tonne of soil removed and bunded

• All rain water drains and service ducts installed

• Ground graded and levelled

• 75mm limestone dispersed to a 150mm thickness

• Top level finished off with type 1 limestone, ready for concrete to be poured
